Ben Okri

Ben Okri was born 1959 in Minna, Nigeria, and is a writer, essayist, playwright and poet. He spent his childhood between London and Lagos. For his prose, Okri has won the Booker Prize, the Aga Khan Prize for Fiction and the Commonwealth Writers Prize in the Africa region. Okri lives in London.
